About
My first digital camera really fired up my passion for photography. I could try and learn the craft without the expense of film development. It was a Kodak Z700. It served me well; all of the Arizona shots and some of the early Cornwall shots were taken with the Z700.
In mid 2008 I replaced it with a Sony A200. Still learning the buttons but it has opened up a whole new world of photography for me.
In November 2008 I had enough pennies to by a telephoto lens. Now that changed things. The pics in the Cornwall gallery – Swanpool Anchorage & Sepia Sunset – were the first to taken with the long lens.
I process, well tweak mostly, in PhotoshopCS2 altho I have occasionally been known to go over the top. (see: the Sci-Fi/fantasy set).
